WINDOWS USERS

Depending on your system and version, you can try copying the signature above and paste into your Outlook 365 signature editor. If that doesn't work, follow the steps below.

1. Click the DOWNLOAD ZIP FILE button below to download to your computer.
2. OPEN the downloaded file in INTERNET EXPLORER.
3. Copy the signature and paste into your signature editor in Office 365 Outlook (Preferences > Signatures).

Problems?

FONT COLOURS / SIZES

Often the styling / colours do not copy across correctly in Microsoft Outlook. If this happens, as soon as you paste the signature click on the small icon that appears, and select "Keep Source Formatting".

IMAGE NOT DISPLAYING WHEN PASTING SIGNATURE

Depending on your Windows and Outlook version, sometimes the logos image doesn't show when you paste it into the signature editor. If that happens, try these two steps:

1. Copy the top TEXT part of the signature first, and paste that into the Outlook signature editor.
2. Then COPY (right click) the logos/promo banners one by one, and "PASTE AS IMAGE" into the Outlook signature editor.
